The first blog
Over the past few months, we've been thinking a lot about how to move our company forward. Hidden Marks is a really important game for us, but for the longest time we have been struggling with getting it into the hands of more players.
There are a lot of things we need to do to get it out there, but here are some of the biggest items we are planning on checking off our list:
-
We want our website to look great and be easy for people to use, as well as provide more unique and consistent content to keep our audience coming back.
-
We'll begin being more active on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Our focus will be on educating people on how to play the game and showcasing outreach efforts done by our company.
-
We'll go to big gaming conventions, events and stores, demoing the game and running tournaments. We think the best way to learn and enjoy Hidden Marks is by playing the game, and we want to incentivize new players to take the first leap.
-
We love it when players get creative and share their own stuff about Hidden Marks. Many of the rules and homebrews that make the game so unique and diverse were originally brought up by players passionate about the game and the experience it provides. We want players to be motivated and inspired to make new changes and bring them up to the community.
On top of all that, we want to tip our hand, so to speak, and give our community better insight into the state of development. The best way for us to do that is through this blog, telling stories and ideas and everything in between. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait for all that will come up next.
Till next time,
Andrei Roman
